What does CDPAP stand for?

CDPAP stands for “Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program”. It refers a New York State Medicaid program that allows home care consumers to recruit, hire, and direct their own caregivers – including most family members. Through CDPAP, loved ones can get paid as a caregiver for their family and friends.
