If you’re looking into hiring a caregiver with CDPAP, you’re probably wondering what your caregiver’s pay rate will be.
At Edison Home Health Care, the following are our standard CDPAP pay rates:
Our pay rates range between $17.55 – $21.09 per hour and $26.32 – $31.63 per overtime hour. These rates reflect a general spectrum of our pay rates, but each caregiver’s particular rate will depend on a number of factors. Additionally, these rates do not necessarily indicate the highest paying CDPAP rates at our Fiscal Intermediary agency.

What are the highest paying rates for CDPAP at your FI Agency? Are they the same as home care agencies pay home attendants?
It is difficult to publish specific “highest paying CDPAP rates” as situations may vary. Please call us to discuss your specific situation and we will be happy to discuss pay rates for your caregiver – 718-831-2900.
What factors can impact pay rate?
While it is difficult to publish a comprehensive list of factors that can impact pay rate, we can say that some factors that can impact it include geography (where a consumer lives in New York state) and the amount of overtime hours that are needed.

Please Note: Edison Home Health Care is a Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for CDPAP. We do not administer the program. We can help you navigate, but application and enrollment for CDPAP must go through your Local Department of Social Services or Medicaid plan. CDPAP FI’s are sometimes referred to as CDPAP Agencies or a CDPAP Agency. It is important to distinguish between the role of an FI and that of a home care agency.
