The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is available throughout New York (NY) State. This includes all five New York City (NYC) boroughs: Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx, and Staten Island, as well as Yonkers, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, and Syracuse, and beyond.
